[Autism Society Greater Tucson] [FWD: DREAM Job Fair coming in Oct]

Good morning!

 

I wanted to share information about a major event upcoming for Tucson's disability community. Wednesday October 8^th will be the 4^th annual DREAM Job Fair! There will be over 40 employers there ready to interview and hire people with disabilities for jobs. It's FREE and it's just for people with disabilities. Our flyer is attached. Please share this information with staff and clients who would be interested.

 

Prior to our Job Fair, we are also holding a pre-employment event at Pima Community College on Friday, September 12^th. It is also FREE and open to anyone with a disability who wants some help getting ready to attend the DREAM Job Fair.

 

We started the DREAM Job Fair here in Tucson four years ago. This year there will be DREAM Fairs in 8 Arizona cities and in Houston, TX. They are designed to give our clients the inside track on job openings and first crack at applying for them. We hope you'll share the information with anyone who could use it.
