'Horses with Wings' is an equine assisted learning and therapeutic riding program for children with ASDs and other disabilities. We are coming up on our one year anniversary and we are celebrating by providing summer camps for our students and any other children who are interested. We have been working with children on the spectrum along with their siblings. This is an activity that all children can participate in together. We encourage parents to become involved also! Our students were invited to do a short performance at the Pima County Fair on Saturday hosted by Bryn Fox and Mountainview Saddle Club. They were very gracious and invited us back next year! We all had a great time!
We will be holding several 3 day summer camps at Pantano Riding Stables on the east side of town. The campers will have several  opportunities to ride and work with the therapy horses, complete arts and craft activities and work on team building skills! The camps will begin the second week of June, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from approximately 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Our classes will be limited to 4 children per class. There will be a charge per child.
We will be sending out more information in the near future. Please feel free to call for information.      Visit our web site: horseswithwingstherapeuticridingprogram.org
