 T his will help folks understand what is actually happening in the legislature.  They may still advocate to their legislators so they know we are paying attention but it is not the crisis it appears to be at this time.

The attached article will give you the flavor of what is going on in the legislature regarding this bill.  At this point, it appears to be just a statement by some members and  not a real threat. However, it seems clear that there will be an overhaul of the system, one which will likely reduce eligibility. We believe the ALTCS population is the least at risk right now.
